Pricing & business model

Four ways to engage us.

Critical work should not come with commercial ambiguity. Here is exactly how we engage, what it costs and what you get. Figures are indicative and confirmed in writing before anything begins.

  • Same-day situation call
  • Response leadership on site or remote
  • Customer and executive communication
  • Daily control cadence

Programme

Recovery Programme

From €22,000

Fixed scope, 4–8 weeks

The incident is over but the relationship, the service or the confidence is not recovered. A fixed-price programme with defined outcomes and a written close-out.

  • Recovery plan and governance
  • Customer recovery management
  • Root cause and prevention track
  • Executive reporting pack

Retained

Fractional Service Leadership

€3,400 – €12,500 / month

  • Customer service reviews
  • Monthly operational reporting

Preventive

Readiness & Standby

  • Playbooks and frameworks
  • Tabletop simulations
  • Guaranteed response window

What you receive

Every engagement leaves written evidence.

  • Situation reports and executive updates during the response.
  • Post-incident review with root cause, impact and timeline.
  • Service Improvement Plan with owners, deadlines and measures.
  • Governance pack: escalation paths, playbooks and reporting cadence.

Commercial principles

01

Scope before spend

Every engagement starts with a no-cost call. If we cannot add control, we say so and recommend what would.

02

Fixed where possible

Assessments, playbooks and recovery programmes are fixed-price. You know the number before we start.

03

No open-ended billing

Day-rate work is booked in blocks and reviewed weekly. You can stop at any review point.

04

We hand back

Our success is measured by your organisation no longer needing us. Capability transfer is part of every scope.

The business model

Independent, senior-led, deliberately small.

How we make money

Fees only. No reselling, no vendor commissions, no software margin. We have no incentive other than resolving your situation.

How we scale

Senior-led delivery, deliberately limited. A small number of concurrent engagements protects response capacity for retained clients.

How we contract

Written scope, duration, availability and price before work starts. Monthly invoicing, 14-day terms, mutual 30-day notice on retainers.

How we exit

Every engagement includes handover: documentation, frameworks and capability left inside your organisation.
